Cancellation: Customers may cancel their order before it has been dispatched. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
Refund: Refunds will be processed within 2 to 3 business days for canceled orders. The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
